K8防核辐射迷你警报定率计 Beta: 600 keV - 1 MeV

 

The K8 and H8 are small discreet alarming ratemeters for detecting radiation and radioactive materials near by protecting people from radiation exposure. All units are tested using an NIST traceable radiation source. Ideal for airport checkpoint guards and baggage handlers, pilots and flight attendants, police and firefighter, coast guard, border patrols, military, hospital workers, package and courier services, custom and cargo inspectors. Applications:

 

• Detection of Dirty Bombs & other sources of radiation
• Meets NCRP for Management of Terrorist Events Involving Radioactive Material
• Capable of detecting very small amounts of radioactive materials

LED Indicators
Green LED flashes approx. every 5 seconds at .5 mR/hr (5 mSv/hr), 2.5 seconds at 1 mR/hr (10 mSv/hr), flashes rapidly every 1 second at 2 mR/hr, and every 30 min. indicating natural radiation. Red LED flashes at approx. 10 mR/hr (100 mSv/hr), custom settable are available. Yellow LED is on when battery needs replacing
Power Requirements
1 lithium battery(CR2032) included. Battery life Approx.. 1500 hour at normal background. Green, Yellow, and Red LED flash when power is turned on.
