The analyzer is based on a fully stabilized zirconia element which is heated by an armored electric heater at the working temperature. The electronic converter, microprocessor based, drive a panel led display, the analog output, the alarms and the optional printer. The membrane pump and a flow meter with niddle valve drive and regulate the flow of the sample to the measuring element.
Special attention has been put to insulate the high temperature that is present on the zirconia cell. A fan and a thermostat that cut the power if the inside temperature would rise too high, guarantee the safe running of the equipment
The hole equipment is housed in a strong water proof enclosure with glass window.
The very wide measuring range is the ideal for oxygen measuring in protection atmospheres, laboratory use and for any gas streams.
