Steam Sterilizer, electrically heated by a tubular immersion heater, completely manufactured from stainless steel. This Koch Steamer, uses steam to disinfect, small unwrapped instruments and other non-porous equipment not intended for clinical care of patients.
Featuring double skinned walled chamber for insulation purposes with two removable shelves for ease of loading.
The lid is designed to ensure condensed steam runs back into the chamber. Lifting handles on both body and lid with an 18mm diameter thermometer/thermocouple entry port.
For stability mounted on four feet with filling/water level indicator reservoir for safety. Shelving information inside unit

A European standard for benchtop steam sterilizers is currently being prepared. It classifies benchtop steam sterilizer cycles according to the types of load they are intended to process.
This is a Traditional benchtop steam sterilizer, displaces air passively from the chamber and load by steam generated within the sterilizer. It is known as a ‘Type N’ cycle. Being the simplest type and least expensive to purchase, operate and maintain.
Suitable for Load type Non-wrapped solid items. Not to be used for hollow devices or wrapped loads.
Drain and clean chamber and reservoir at the end of each day and leave dry. Replenish with sterile water for irrigation from an unopened container. |
